Andrew started his insurance career at Lloyds of London, initially as a Professional Indemnity Claims Broker. He later moved on to an Underwriting Syndicate, specialising in property and financial lines.
After leaving London, Andrew joined Alliance Insurance Management, working his way up to become Associate Director. He was responsible for maintaining the high levels of customer retention for large national clients.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys cycling, family ski holidays and sailing the rivers in and around the east coast.
