In awarding the Best Buy, Which? analyses 117 different elements of a landlord insurance policy, including an overall policy score, buildings, contents, liability, rent cover, and the excess. Which? also surveyed 872 landlords, asking how satisfied they were with their provider and how likely they would be to recommend them to give a customer score.
