We are proud to announce that Alan Boswell Group have recently been awarded 'Gold Trusted Merchant' status by Feefo, their top honour, which is only bestowed upon companies that have reached, and maintained, a service score above 95% for the entire year.
Our score, of 98%, is considerably higher than this benchmark and demonstrates our commitment to clients. In total we received 1,278 reviews during 2015 with 1,255 scoring us either 'Good' or 'Excellent'. Feefo is a global ratings and reviews provider who collect, only, genuine reviews from customers. The decision to collect feedback was not just a vanity project as the reviews are used extensively in staff training to help further improve customer service. They are also proving an invaluable source of testimonials which can be used to demonstrate the quality of the company’s products and services.
